I really can’t tell you how I first discovered P/S, but I can confidently say it transformed my airport experience in a way I never thought possible. The P/S Atlanta private airport terminal turned what used to be a stressful ordeal into a seamless and luxurious journey

Like many, one of my least favorite things about traveling is navigating the airport. As much as I adore the restaurants and shops in the Atlanta Airport, the long lines at TSA, the endless wait for the train to your terminal, and the chaotic boarding process can easily drain your energy. I often found myself wondering if there was a way to bypass the hassle, and there is — it’s called P/S.

When we arrived at the gated entrance to the P/S property from the airport, we were swiftly let in. As soon as we pulled up to the door, four staff members greeted us by name, took our luggage, and gave us the warm welcome you would expect at a five-star hotel. A friendly lady guided us inside and showed us around the lounge area — it was absolutely stunning.

As we settled into the lounge, the staff inquired about our breakfast menu preferences. We decided to start with caviar, and the best part is you can order as much as you like, along with any drink of your choice.

At P/S, the luxury starts the moment you arrive. From personalized guest services that cover both pre- and post-flight needs to the effortless TSA screening, everything feels tailored to you. Everything was so organized & professional, and they continued to update us on when our flight would leave.

As we relaxed, the women in the lounge encouraged me to check out the brass Cart. It was stocked with Anastasia Beverly Hills products — lipstick, eyeliner, powder — and I was welcome to take whatever I wanted. And if that wasn’t enough, there were also complimentary essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

You can choose from The Salon, a shared luxury lounge experience with a personal BMW chauffeur to your plane, Private Suite, offering a fully private room with complimentary spa services and a personal BMW chauffeur, or PS Direct, a private chauffeur straight from the plane to your home.

Once they were ready for us, we breezed through customs and didn’t have to lift a finger – my luggage was handled and delivered for me. And as if that weren’t enough, a private car, BMW, was waiting to whisk us away directly to our plane on the tarmac. Within minutes, we were at the plane, and I couldn’t believe it — We were the first people to board, even before first-class passengers. Talk about amazing service!
