Turks & Caicos Travel Tips
- Rent a Jeep – The best way to explore the island! We rented through Hertz, and having a car is essential for getting around.
- VIP Arrival with Skypass – Skip the long lines at the airport with Skypass. We skipped it on the return and almost missed our flight—definitely worth it both ways! If returning a rental car, allow at least 2.5 hours before departure.
- Rent a Boat – Book with Paradise Luxury Charters (Carlee & John). For the best experience, go for the 1-5 PM trip—the mornings can be a bit chilly. Bring towels and sunscreen, as they’re not provided!
- Must-Visit Restaurants
- Vita Rock House – Incredible atmosphere & food
- Coco Bistro – A Turks & Caicos staple
- Omar’s Beach Hut – Laid-back beachfront dining
- Shopping Tip – For beautiful island-inspired jewelry, visit Jewelry in Paradise.
- Where to Stay – The Ritz-Carlton Club Level offers the ultimate luxury experience.
- Don’t Miss the Fish Fry! – Every Thursday night in The Bight, this event brings together live music, delicious local food, and amazing vendors—perfect for a true island experience!
