After four visits to the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, I can confidently say: this is my favorite place to stay in Music City. This last trip sealed the deal. Nestled in the SoBro neighborhood—just one block from Broadway and overlooking the scenic Cumberland River and Riverfront Park—this hotel blends refined luxury with Southern charm in the most seamless way.
Arrival: A Warm Welcome
Located just 15 minutes from Nashville International Airport (BNA), the hotel is easy to get to and hard to leave. We arrived around 2:00 PM, greeted by the smiling valet team who made us feel like VIPs from the moment we pulled up. Our room wasn’t quite ready yet, but that didn’t stop us—we had already planned to head straight to the rooftop pool.

Rivière Pool Deck: A Highlight of the Stay
The rooftop Rivière Pool Deck was alive with energy. A DJ spun upbeat tracks while the pool was full of guests enjoying the sunshine. Attendants walked around with frozen grapes and mini mocktails—a detail that perfectly reflects the Four Seasons’ attention to the little luxuries.
The landscaping is stunning, especially the hydrangeas in full bloom. Attendants are on hand to set up your cushioned pool chairs, and the infinity edge pool lets you soak in views of the river, skyline, and Broadway’s lights at night.
When I realized I left my portable fan on the valet cart, I called the front desk. Not only did they track it down—they brought it, along with our room keys, right to me at the pool. Service perfection.

I take this portable fan everywhere on a drivable vacation. It has impressive air movement for its quiet operation.

High-Tech Hospitality
One of my favorite aspects of staying at the Four Seasons Nashville is how easy it is to communicate with the hotel. A simple text message connects you to the staff. For instance, when I accidentally left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on, they texted me to check in, and I was able to reply and request housekeeping on my schedule. It’s those thoughtful, efficient touches that elevate your stay.
Rooms with a View (and a Cloud-Like Bed)
Our room featured floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool and the Cumberland River. The décor is serene—clean lines, modern finishes, soft colors—with subtle nods to Nashville’s artistic soul.
I loved the cozy L-shaped sofa, the small dining area, and of course, the bed: incredibly plush and cloud-like. The amenities were high-end, and everything was spotless.

Dining and Drinks
Though we ventured off property for most meals, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast at Mimo, the hotel’s Southern-inspired restaurant with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. Mimo also transforms into an Italian restaurant at night, offering all-day service.
At the pool, we ordered from the Rivière rooftop bar menu. The ceviche was incredible, and the calamari and shrimp were good. Rivière offers a mix of lively vibes and picturesque views—especially at sunrise and sunset when the infinity pool reflects the sky over the Cumberland River.

Southern Charm Meets Modern Luxury
What sets this hotel apart? The details. Cold water, towels, and trail maps were placed near the entrance for morning joggers. Sunscreen is available at the pool deck. There are people opening doors for you with a smile.
And the gift shop inside the spa? A dream. Thoughtfully curated, it features locally made items—cowboy hats, candles, and beautiful jewelry that capture Nashville’s creative spirit.
The gym is state-of-the-art, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool and river. Equipped with top-tier machines, fruit, and water, it’s a wellness haven that makes you want to work out (or at least go in and admire the view).

A Prime Location for Exploring
The Four Seasons Nashville sits in one of the city’s most convenient spots: just a block from Broadway, and walking distance to Bridgestone Arena (concerts, hockey) and Nissan Stadium (football and more). On this trip, we were in town to see Brandon Lake in concert, so we didn’t explore too much—but we plan to next time.

Luxury. Service. Passion. Ratings:

From the bedding to the poolside amenities, this hotel is all about luxury. - Service: 9/10
Everyone was friendly and helpful, though pool service was a little delayed on busy days. - Passion: 9/10
For a city hotel, the Four Seasons Nashville delivers ambiance, warmth, and unforgettable moments—especially at the rooftop pool deck with those magical views.
Four Seasons Nashville offers more than a place to stay—it’s a destination in itself.
